  • Design
  • Merchandising

  • Textile and Product Development
  • Pattern Making
  • Sampling
  • Fitting
  • Color Management
  • Pre-Production Hand-Off

Key Tools:

  • Product Calendar
  • Design CAD Systems

  • Pattern / Marking / 3D
  • PLM
Phase 1
Assessment

Assessment of existing processes, calendars and technologies. Deliverable is an Executive Summary PowerPoint with Recommendations and a Prioritized Action Plan. A typical Phase 1 is performed by a team of two to five Advisors over a period of five to ten days (this may be over a multi-week period).

Phase 2
Process Refinement

Process refinement based on recommendations from the Assessment. This phase may include assistance/guidance with technology selection. Phase 2 typically has a smaller team for a period to be determined by the project scope.

Phase 3
Technology Implementation

Often starts with vendor selection support, determining the best tools and vendor partner for the organization. A successful implementation requires a project manager and project oversight; WWA Advisors is well experienced in both of these roles.  Additionally, supporting the change management for the project.
